Welcome to the Emerald Coast Acting Academy ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, located at www.emeraldcoastactingacademy.com (the "Site"), and any of our services, including but not limited to acting classes, workshops, events, and online resources (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Emerald Coast Acting Academy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services. Your continued use of the Site and Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any modifications thereto.
2. Use of Website
The Site is intended to provide information about the Emerald Coast Acting Academy, its courses, instructors, and related services. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the Emerald Coast Acting Academy for the Services during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pensacola, Florida for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site and Services.
8. Changes to Terms
The Emerald Coast Acting Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will post any changes to these Terms on the Site, and the revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site and Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
